Kinder Daily Schedule: Each day your child will participate in the following:

Early Explorers (All Day, Every Day): 8:10 Drop off. Pick up 2:50
Entry Doors and Parent Parking:
Student doors are located on the North side of the building to the West of the main office, right off Minto Street. Parent parking can be found on the street. Please do not park in the staff parking lot. All late arrivals must check in at the office.


Our Classrooms
Communication: Happens monthly through Powerschool. Important reminders, information, and personalized communication will be through email. Monthly newsletters are posted on the website and will be available in print. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have questions or concerns.
Everyday Items: Your child needs to bring the following every day:

A snack in a lunch kit and a water bottle. Please label all items. Early Explorers please pack a healthy lunch in addition to snack time items.

A full size backpack to store their items.

Comfortable clothes to learn and play in. Please also provide a spare set in a label bag.

Weather appropriate outer wear and outdoor footwear. A pair of non-marking indoor running shoes must stay at the school. Please label your child's shoes.
Special Student, Show and Share etc: Throughout the year, your child will participate in a variety of special student activities. These activities are designed to support oral language development, enhance memory skills, and allow students to showcase their special interests. More information will be provided by your teacher.
Birthdays: This is a special day and we will do our best to help your child feel special at school. Your child will choose a small gift from the birthday tin and will receive a birthday announcement from the office. In addition, You are welcome to send in a treat for the class, Please check with your child's teacher for allergies.
Outside: We do go outside every day after our routine is established. Please dress your child for the weather as we have a limited amount of extras.
Volunteering: We welcome volunteers from October - June. All volunteers must have a criminal record check completed. Criminal record checks can be completed online and are discounted for volunteers. Check with your local RCMP branch for more information. All volunteers must check in through the office. Volunteer opportunities will be posted in our monthly newsletters and through email.
