All about Ms. Kel-Cie
I was born in Red Deer and have lived in Central Alberta ever since. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and in Education. Previously I worked in Early Intervention and loved every second of it! These days you'll find me surrounded by my 3 children, a wonderful husband, and my 2 dogs (Chewie and Wicket). In the summer time I enjoy drinking coffee, camping, hiking, and starting home projects that get almost done. Reading is a great hobby of mine, I enjoy reading Fantasy and Fiction, and just finished Brandon Sanderson's Mistborn series and Lisa Wingate's Before We Were Yours. I also enjoy Youth Fiction with my sons as we created our own mini book club. We just started reading The Keepers of the Lost Cities by Shannon Messenger.

Remember: Meet the Teacher on August 28th from 3-6pm. Our room is A105. Coming from the office and heading West, it is the first classroom on the right. Please bring your school supplies on that day.

Staggered entry from September 2-5. First full day on September 9th. Please sign up for staggered entry if you have not already done so HERE

For school supplies, we have a communal system in our classroom, there is no need to label every crayon box or Ziplock container. Please label your child's personal belongings such as their shoes, lunch kit, and water bottle. Items that are labelled are easier to find if they end up in the lost and found or if another student shares the same type/style.

Our library happens on Day 4 of a 5 day rotating schedule. I will post our library days in the newsletter calendar. Music happens on Day 5. Ask your kiddos about all the great things they learned from our music teacher Ms. Holoboff!
