Week of May 25

It was a very busy week in Kindergarten! I will keep this post short and sweet! We had our last Star Student week and have finished exploring what makes our friends great friends and Kindergarten Leaders. We played games with our Grade 2 buddies that focused on our sight/heart words. We explored some STEM concepts with our Hexbugs centre, we celebrated birthdays, touched on our math concepts, and continued exploring reading and writing. However the most exciting part of our week was our field trip to Kerrywood Nature Centre! We had a great time in the planetarium learning about stars and then exploring the nature playground. Thank you to all the families who helped make it a smooth and successful event!
