We kicked off our short week with a special visitor—our Bulldog Buddy, Rowan! He’ll be joining our morning class every Wednesday until Christmas, and we can’t wait to see him each week.
In the afternoon, our class got creative with a visit from our Artist in Residence, Megan. She guided the students through a fun printmaking activity, and everyone had a blast experimenting with her materials and making their very own “stamps.” The morning class participated in this last week. We kept exploring the five senses this week and are excited to do a taste test activity next week! We also got moving to some awesome music, including Jack Hartman’s “Tootie Ta.” One of our classmates even shared some fun virus stickers to go along with the letter “V.” And, of course, we made sure to get outside and play! We played "musical letters" during our language arts block, and spent some time making some very furry abominable snowmen in Art. For a short week we sure know how to pack in the fun!
